Podcasts I've been interviewed on
Over the years I've been interviewed on a handful of podcasts. Usually once the interview is over, I just get back to work and totally forget about the podcast. Anyway, after recording a recent interview, I realized... I've been interviewed at least half a dozen times and I've never shared it with you, my audience!
So instead of letting the interviews gather digital dust, I thought I'd dig them up and share them with you! Some are a few years old, and others are very recent, but either way, you'll get an insight and background into my story, my business and my lifestyle that perhaps you didn't know before.
Here are the interviews I could find:
"How to be an epic salesman without losing your soul (part 1)"
Self Made Web Designer by Chris Misterek
Selling your services as a web designer comes with its fair share of ethical dilemmas.
- You want to be honest about your ability but you don’t want to sound like you lack confidence.
- You want to get paid a good amount but you don’t want to overcharge someone just because you can
- You want to do what’s best for the customer but there’s a lot of gray area as to what that actually means
Most people struggle with the sales aspect of being a freelance web designer so much that it keeps them from finding real success.
