2. Payments & Refunds
Mentorship Memberships: Your membership can be canceled anytime. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Coaching & Services: Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the individual proposal or agreement you sign. These take precedence over general terms here.
Digital Products & Courses: All sales are final and non-refundable once accessed. However, you may contact us at [email protected] if you feel an exception is warranted. Exceptions are at our sole discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, and resources provided through BradHussey.ca are the intellectual property of Brad Hussey (Brightside Studios Inc.) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or business use only.
4. User Responsibilities
