Tiered Offers, Subcontractors, and Emailing One Person Every Day

In last week’s coaching call, one of the guys lost a client to a full-service agency that offered ads and social on top of what he does. We worked through whether to expand, how to quote work you’ll subcontract without gutting your margin, and why emailing one person a day beats hoping a referral shows up.

Here are a few of the questions that came up:

A client left for a full-service agency. Do I expand my services or stay in my lane?

How do I quote work I’m going to subcontract without underpricing myself?

What does a tiered proposal actually look like on a discovery call?

How do I build an outreach habit I’ll actually keep?

These are the kinds of things we explore in the coaching calls every Friday. They are down‑to‑earth, practical, collaborative, with no bells and whistles. We’re actually getting on a call again shortly today, so if this is the kind of help you’d like (having someone in your corner to help you “read the label from outside the jar”) consider joining us.

And whether it’s today’s call or next Friday’s, every session is recorded and added to a private library that’s chapter‑marked, summarized, and easy to scan so you can jump straight to the segment that matches your current problem. You can watch any replay on your own time, but hopefully we’ll see you live on the next one.

Try it for $99 this month (cancel anytime).

Most clients start with a call.

A plan, a build, or ongoing help. We'll figure out which on the call.
