RightMessage
RightMessage is website personalization and surveys. It figures out who each visitor is and changes what they see.
My agency is one of two certified RightMessage partners. We plan it, set it up, connect it to your email platform (usually Kit), and either hand it over to your team or keep running it for you.
What we set up
- Surveys and quizzes that sort your audience by who they are and what they need
- Website headlines, offers and buttons that change for each visitor
- A connection to Kit or your email platform, so every answer is saved on the subscriber
- Emails that change for each reader, based on what they told you
- Goals with a control group, so you can see what the personalization is actually doing
How it goes
The strategy comes first, before anyone touches the tool: who’s in your audience, what to offer each of them, and what to fix first. Then we build it: RightMessage, the email connection, the surveys, the rules, and the personalized parts of your site and newsletter. Then we show your team how to read the data and keep it current, or we keep running it every month.
A full build starts at $15,000. See ways to work together.
What it’s done for clients
- Spark Discipleship: 68% of ad visitors signed up on the personalized page, against 40% on the generic one.
- The Cinnamon Snail: 45% more clicks on offers matched to each reader.
- Dan Mall: each visitor sees an offer picked for them.
- Nonprofit Automation Agency: a 36-second survey asks where each nonprofit is, so the site and emails send what fits their stage.
- Dr. Derek Lusk, Persona 28: a newsletter that segments every subscriber on opt-in.

Questions
Do I need to use Kit?
No. We use Kit for most clients, but we can work with the email platform you have if it connects to RightMessage.
Does it work with my website?
WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace and Wix Studio all work. Keep yours or we’ll recommend one.
I already have RightMessage. Can you fix or finish my setup?
Yes. We start by looking at what you have, keep what’s working and rebuild what isn’t.
